Volleyball England — FIVB rules of the game
NVL and domestic English competition run on the FIVB rules unless a competition regulation overrides them.
- Rotation and overlap
- Six-slot clockwise order; front/back and left/right relationships must hold until service contact.
- Libero may serve
- No — England plays the FIVB rule.
- Liberos
- Up to two named; only one on court at a time.
- Substitutions
- 6 per team per set, per FIVB. Check your competition regulations for changes.
Rotation order and overlap faults are identical under every rule set here, so the six court shapes in this trainer are legal wherever you play. The libero never serves under this rule set, which is how the trainer lays out the serving shape. Always check your own competition's regulations.
