🏸 THURSDAY SKILLUP BADMINTON SESSION

💷 SESSION FEE: £9

Join us for our friendly Thursday badminton session at Woolwich Waves.

We’ll start with a few simple warm-up drills, then work on selected SkillUp drills and techniques from our training sessions before moving into plenty of relaxed games with regular player rotation.

It’s a great opportunity to get extra practice, improve your consistency and build confidence on court without needing to pay for additional coaching every time you want to practise.

SkillUp has a growing collection of badminton drills and exercises that we can work through together during these sessions.

The idea is simple: learn the technique in training, then practise and repeat it until it becomes natural.

All levels are welcome! 🏸
